One of the fat black carhops got mad over a 1 cent tip. That's exactly why she got one 1 penny. Food was still good though.

This sonic has went down hill severally over the year. I used to go here alot until they hire the rudest people that give 2... craps about your food. Them when you call to talk to a manager they act as if your lying. They seem to want to be out smokingand being on their phones rather than do there dang jobs. I order through the app, I get here and check in. A few minutes later , I get message on screen that my carhop is on its way. A... few minutes pass by , I notice everyone else is getting their food but me. We have given this sonic 3 chances! The first time we have been here they tell us they aren?t serving for another 30mins... because they are backed up on orders when there is only 4 to 5 cars there and turned off the call before my husband could sayanything. All we needed was one bag of ice. The second time we went we have ordered 2 deals of popcorn chicken and asked fortwo deals of gravy initially, when we discovered there was only one deal of gravy and we called back in to ask for another dealof gravy they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. The third time happened today we just wanted a bag of ice becausesonic does have the best ice and with me being pregnant their ice is ideal to snack on!
