I was waiting in drive through and saw line cook drop Frito rap in trash, rewrap it and put it in my bag. Sonic employee acted... like I was lying and trying to cause trouble. Needless to say I left without a refund and gave them back the wrap in the bag.Never going back to sonic again. Read more
This is the worst Sonic I?ve ever experienced. On multiple occasions. I?ve never seen any National chain franchise fail on a... fundamental level as this. Truly an abhorrent location. Surely this location is a cruel joke. The owners should be embarrassed. Read more
OMG.. pulled into a stall and ordered 2 burritos.... They SUCKED.... Thrown together... Ingredients clumped together. One bite... was nothing but tomatoes, next was jalapeno... Didn't spread them out... Really disappointed.. Read more
I understand a lot of places are short-staffed, but when a customer drives up to the speaker you should at least answer and say... I'll be right with you. I drove up push the red button waited push the red button again only to be told that they're only doingdrive-thru unless you have a mobile order. I didn?t realize the Order was wrong on the screen. I ordered a grape slushee and got a raspberry. The young man that brought it... out to me was so kind and offered to make the order right. He definitely didn?t have to do that. I should have paid attentionto the screen. It?s been a long day. I?m very grateful for his customer service and quickness with the replacement. Made myday. I?ve been coming this Sonic for a few years due to its location to work. This is the ONLY reason it gets 2 stars, convince. 6/10... times the order is not correct. Hope you don?t mind waiting a long, long, long, time. Going through the drive, I?ve waited longenough for grass to grow and eventually go to a stall. Once again tonight , I paid for a double cheese, I get a single. Waste of20 min of my life on a mobile order thats inaccurate. Read more
Pulled up to the drive through and it took them 10 minutes just to serve one car who had already been waiting there. If I wanted... to wait 15 to 25 minutes for food I would go to a restaurant. Read more
