Didn't even want to give 1 star but had to. Husband and I ordered 2 number 2's one plain and dry with tots and cheese the other... no onions with tots cherry sprite and Dr pepper instead we got 2 number 2's with everything tots and cheese without the cheesethe tots and Dr pepper and sprite without cherry. Now mind you we paid for our food to be the way we wanted it and got rippedoff. We will never go to this sonic again ever. Read more
Go somewhere else if you can help it they take 5ever to get your order out people just end up leaving the line and I myself have... done the same thing. Last time I went they never answered the microphone thing and when I drove by the window the workers werestanding around talking to each other. The service you get depends on the people they hire which usually isn?t good. Read more
I was trying repeatedly to put in my order using the app. By the time I got there, I'd tried 6 times and had to place the order... there because it didn't come thru the app, so I didnt get the specials price or 1/2 price drinks, which is the only reason wechose to go there. The manager should have been able to give us the special prices even at the drive in as it was their faultthe app didn't work. Think we're done with Sonic. Read more

The dude took my order got my 2 sandwiches completely wrong. I asked for a large cup of ice plus a bag of ice he said they dont... have that much for a bag.. Hmmm ok well the carhop brought my wrong sandwiches n i asked her if they had bags of ice and shesaid they do smh so my order was 5and some change i gave her 12 and said if you bring me a bag of ice you can keep the change soi got my bag of ice. App ordering never works so I can't do half price drinks anytime or use my promos. Most of the stalls are out of order so drive... thru might be your only option. Probably short staffed as it took a while for my order to be brought out even though I ONLYORDERED DRINKS. Probably won't be back. I will go to the next nearest sonic instead. Read more
My husband and I decided to go get some shakes and we're totally disappointed with the whole experience... the fact that half of... our shakes were whip cream.. They also had a guy come out to our car and take our order and he didn't even get anything right...I will not be spending another penny at that location....
