The lady taking our order was SO rude and had the worst attitude. When the girl brought out our drinks, one of them was wrong so... she took it back to fix it for us and a different lady, i think the manager, brought it out. still wrong and she was so rude anddidn?t fix it a second time. our food was wrong as well. We usually order the same thing when we come here: a blackberry cream slush with lemon. Each Sonic makes it differently, it... seems, because it isn't something readily available on the menu. They all turn out yummy, but this one tends to be the best atit! Read more
Worst sonic we have been too. Ordered through the app and selected the correct stall when we arrived. The screen said our name... and food was on the way out. Finally someone came out to ask if we were going to order. Then they got the order wrong and werequested a refund on the one drink that was wrong. Waited ten minutes and finally hit the button and told the other lady whatwas going on. Finally our car hop came back out and said it was refunded. I don?t know how we were supposed to know that. My husband and I went yesterday and we got a BLT Sandwich and Onion Rings, he wanted fries but I told him the onion rings were... great here. They were cooked in old grease, we couldn't eat them because they were nasty. I would change that 5 star to a 2 starbut it won't let me. Read more

This is my 2nd visit in 24 hours. This time im incredibly frustrated and upset. I ordered a redbull slush. Thats it. I waited 25... mins for them to still mess up my order. So, I ordered the Sour Patch Kids slush float through the app, not a Sour Patch Kid in it!! Also no bubble lid on the dessert... like their promo pics show and like what was on customer's in review videos, no clear cup either, no clear cup I didn't so muchmind. I wish the drink wasn't pawned on me incomplete and I had of been offered an alternative or asked if I minded the missinglil candies.
