When we arrived the place was sparse with any guests. We were selfishly delighted; thinking we will be their only focus. WRONG! ... ???? Ordering was the standard .. asking for clarification etc. We ordered: 3 #1's and two shakes and a smoothie, and 1soda. Two new guests arrived on either sides of us and ordered as we looked at the menu and the cool new items... i.e thebroccoli ???? tots...yummy! ???? The cookies ???? a la mode ???? On the screen we were advised Ingrid was on her way with ourorder.... Ingrid comes out and goes to the "Johnny come lately" in the next stall?! As she is trudging back, I ask hey,where's Ingrid? She then with the enthusiasm of a wet blanket ???? stated she was Ingrid. I then say, I thought you were "onyour way" like boad says. She said we forgot one of your shakes! ???? Then she come right back out to the 2nd Johnny comelately! Finally, after coming in 1st and ordering we were taken care of Last! The broccoli ???? tots were good, if they wouldhave kept them hot think they would have been better! I guess I wish everything would have been hot. Read more
They need to shut this Sonic down!! the staff are rude and the food was not fresh at all, the burgers had dried cheese on it...... I'm not wasting my time calling this place because if the staff are rude than I can imagine what the manager is like because theway you run your place and staff reflects back on the manager, so no thanks I'll just send a copy of this to corporate. Rude, lazy, people work here. I ordered in the app and I checked in to the stall and they logged me out and told me drive thru... only and then after making me wait 20 minutes, they gave me cold food. Very, very bad service. Do not recommend. This is not howyou treat customers. This is how you go out of business. I will never go Sonic ever again. Read more
No one came to the window after sitting at the intercom for forever. Then I called and no one picked!! Need better associates... that what to do their job! If I could give this sonic a 0 I would! Read more
What a disappointing meal. :-( We ordered two chicken po'boy sandwiches and a Rt. 44 diet soda through the drive-thru. Had to... take the soda back because they gave us a sugar-sweetened soda. The sandwiches actually looked good but unfortunately were NOT.The bread was so dry and tough to bite through. We asked to substitute jalepenos for the onion and were charged $1.40 for acouple of slices of peppers (pepper ends at that!). On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and replaced our sodaquickly. We won't be returning to this location. ???? Read more
