The service industry is suffering so much and this Sonic is a prime example. We ordered our food on the app at 8:30pm and our... food did not come out until 9:30. We tried to press the red button to cancel our order and they wouldn't even answer it we hadno choice, but to keep waiting. Read more
The staff are friendly and the food is good, but literally every time I pay in cash, I either don't get my change or I get less,... even after asking for it. It's not a lot of money, but it is MY money. It's happened enough times that I'll stick to the appfrom now on, because I don't know if it's carelessness or a deliberate attempt to round up my dollar for a tip. The fact thatthe order is never wrong and the food is always hot makes me think it's the latter. It's up to ME whether or not I tip. Read more
Terrible...ordered a chicken sandwich combo and ended up with a burger, after waiting at least 30min. Was told they would cook... the chicken sandwich and get it out to me, after another 25min wait and still nothing,I ended up with a refund and an emptystomach. Won't be going back. Read more
Worst hotdog I've had in awhile. It looked and tasted like it had been assembled in the paper cradle and then popped in a... microwave. The bun was tough like it had been over microwaved, but the hotdog was NOT hot. Husband had a hamburger that wascold. Tater tots were cold too. Very disappointed in the quality of food. Read more
The service was good. We had our lunch outside on their patio looking area. The dining room was closed because of Air... Conditioning issues. This is the first Sonic I've been too that actually has a dining room. I would which there was at least asink somewhere where we can wash our hands but there wasn't. The view from the back area is great and there are also plenty ofparking spaces. The young lady that served us did not look too excited to be there. Other than that it was a decentexperience. I am so disappointed with my order tonight! My husband ordered the Bacon on bacon quarter pound double cheeseburger and it is... pathetic. There is hardly any bacon, the patties are small and I don?t think it?s even close to a quarter pound. You can seewhat it is support resemble. My chicken was all breading as if it came from the bottom of the fryer. I got all the way home anddiscovered all this?big bummer. Read more
I went through the drive through to get some food for me and my girlfriend and was disappointed when I arrived home and found... that I was missing both my sides of tator-tots as well as my corn dog, when I called to ask about the missing items I was toldto come back and get it, i wouldn?t mind if it wasn?t a 12 mile drive there and back, and when I mentioned this and made thedrive back I was offered no concessions or apologies for the inconvenience and waste of gas and time.
