Just tried to buy 4 drinks at 11:44am, all I had to pay was hundred dollar bills. They told me they couldn?t break $100 and when... I spoke to the manager they said there was nothing they could do for me. I left without any drinks. They acted like $100 wasnteven money. Blank Rude Stare. Don?t bring your hundreds to this Starbucks because they dont want them and you?ll leavecoffee-less. Tropical Cafe had $80 change without question. Read more

Was very busy in drive through so I went inside, very easy and fast. They made my royal English breakfast quick, it was perfect... temp, and exactly what I wanted. Im not one to care either way but They are very festive inside. It's not everybody's jam, soif it's not, you might just use the drive through. Read more
This starbucks I just started going to because I work by it now and never I have been to a place where they are so... unprofessional. I paid $8 for a coffee I think one it should be filled to the top and when I?m paying extra for something elsethat should be there to I paid extra for cold foam and this little white speck on top is what I received so when I was at thewindow and I open my cup and show them and ask them to correct it she said they are not required to do so .. so your telling methat your not required to make my drink right how it?s supposed to be. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. As wellas I mobile order every day so it?s ready when I get there this morning there was not a single car in the parking lot or In thedrive thru and yet I still had to wait for them to even start my order because they where to busy doing anything but their job.So rude and unprofessional.. and i myself work in customer service and if these people worked under me they would no longer beemployed .. they give Starbucks such a bad name. Caramel ribbon crunch frappe wasn?t blended at all, there were still chunks of ice. they fixed it but then after I opened my... second drink (without taking a drink) and I had a tall peppermint hot chocolate. A TALL. And my cup was barely halfway full.What a waste! Wherever you go the Starbucks sign points the way to an oasis of quality, consistency, and innovative products. This one, in... OKC, was a good representation of Starbucks: clean, well stocked, and great employees (e.g., Aubrey seen in a photo) so italways feels like coming home. This time of day (c. 1530) was a nice, quiet time; a chance to relax before hectic airporttraffic where I was picking up my wife.
