Ordered refreshers through the drive-thru and our drinks tasted like water with a splash of dragon fruit, very bland. I went... back inside and asked to get them made again. Took them about 15 mins to do them. I was considerate of customers in lobby ordrive-thru, which it was very steady but no busy enough for it to taken that long. Best Starbucks in the city! I have been to pretty much every Starbucks in the OKC metro area and this is by far the best. 1. I... have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line both in the store and in the drive through and I frequent this Starbucksabout 3 times a week. Most of the Starbucks in OKC have at least a 15 minute wait. 2. The staff are extremely friendly. I havenever had a bad experience and every time I have been in all of the workers have asked how my day was going or tried to have anactual conversation. 3. The coffee. This is by far the best Starbucks based on the flavor of the drinks alone. The syrup tocoffee ratio is perfect and I have never had a drink that was bitter or burnt. 4. The training is on point. I actually came anordered a drink one of the first few days it was opened and a Starbucks trainer was there teaching everyone how to make drinks.He was friendly, patient, and understanding with everyone and I think it shows! 5. The layout and design is absolutelybeautiful. If you haven't had a chance to stop inside, it is a great relaxing place to wait for your coffee for sure! The drive through was fast and easy but the service was not very good. Cashier seemed spacey and wasn't very outgoing. I order... largest coffee and got a cup that was missing a good 2 inches to top.... and this is why I don't do Starbucks. Read more

The coffee is expensive enough, and there's the tip machine they hand you at the window. Tacky as anything. Will not be going... back for expensive coffee and then for you to tip an employee when the owner should pay them more on that expensive coffee thatprobably costs them $1 to make on a $5.65 tall coffee!
