Oddly disorganized store super messy sandwich but tasted ok drink half full wouldn't return to this location

I had never been to Starbucks before. I don't usually eat or drink sugar, and I always hear people arguing over not knowing... exactly what and how to order. I was on a date with my husband and wanted to try. I didn't know what to order and I wasworried the lady at the counter would be mean about it. She was SO nice and helped me choose what to get. When I was waitingat the end of the counter to wait for our drinks, a woman who had been in line behind me approached me. She said that she hadoverheard me say that I hadn't been there before and that I just HAD to try their [some kind of strawberry cheese danish typething, I don't recall the name of it]. She had bought me one, gave me the bag, and told me to wait until I got to where I wasgoing and warm it up for 15 seconds in the microwave. I'm so used to unfriendly people in big cities, I literally startedcrying at her. She wouldn't let me pay her for it either. Read more

Completely horrible. Brandon is not attentive and is very rude. First off, the lady in front of me ordered a venti and got a... small and he didn?t even offer to fix it and kinda just walked away. Then I asked if he could cut my wrap in half and he saidthey didn?t have knives. I go to Starbucks every morning and get the same thing and they cut it every time. He was out ofeverything and nothing worked. His attitude was the worst and I won?t be coming back. Read more
I love this Starbucks. It by far has the most polite and friendly staff of all the Starbucks I visit. Some of the locations here... in the metro have staff that are outright rude, but not here they are always friendly. Read more
