Great place to eat, staff are always nice everytime we come to eat. Best subway in OKC. No other subway comes close to this one.

Stay far away from this Subway. Staff is rude, can't get orders correct, then wants to question you about what I ordered. It's... online, in black and white, you tell me what I ordered, I already know. I had a confirmation number and no food, but theycharged me. Worst customer service I?ve seen in awhile and that?s saying a lot. Ordered a couple of sandwiches on line, drop by to pick them... up, they got nothing!! Didn?t try to help, barely even looked for the order. They could care less. But the money was taken outof account, they got that done quickly. I ordered a meal deal from this location and chocolate chip cookies for delivery. Subway uses Door Dash for deliveries. Driver... arrived with only sandwich and cookies. I asked him where my chips and drink were. He told me Subway must've got my order wrongand to contact them. I contacted Subway and they said the driver was supposed to get my chips and drink. Manager wasn't in atthe time. They took my phone # and said manager would call me back when they got in. They never called me back. Needless to saywhen everything was said and done I paid $15 for a 6" sub and cookies. I might also add they gave me the wrong bread for my suband macadamia nut cookies instead of chocolate chip.
