great atmosphere. good bartenders. would?ve been a great time had security done their job! 45 year old man would not leave my... friends alone, they told security and security ?dapped? him up instead of doing anything. disgusting. he continued to bother myfriends only for things to escalate and my only thought was to protect my friends, i would rather me get hurt then my friends.man proceeded to choke me and pull my top exposing my chest. we both got kicked out but had security done their job thing wouldNOT have escalated so fast and inappropriately. I ended up going somewhere in the middle of the day and it was fairly empty which was perfect for me at the time since I just... wanted some food and beer and to mind my own business. Extremely nice bartenders. The whole atmosphere was pretty laid back. Iended up getting a few random beers and this bacon Mac and cheese which was so good ????. Definitely a nice place to stop ifyou're just trying to kill some time, like the whole emo/punk music scene, and want some pretty yummy food to munch on. Read more

Wow.... I had high hopes when this place first opened up, but if I wanted rude, lacking, inexperienced, unprofessional,... unapproachable, dimwitted customer service - this is the place. That's what you get. Both bartenders and waitresses are clearlyentitled yuppies who DGAF about being there or to work. The Chef, however, makes excellent food. But the problem is, where is itafter they make it? Not the Chefs fault. Want watererd down iced juice instead of a cocktail? That's what you'll pay for. Wanterroneous charges on your CC or Debit? You'll get that too. This would have been a cool concept, but the bartenders andwaitresses completely and utterly ruined it. A hopeless cause. That?s what comes to mind when I think of the Sunset Patio Bar. We have been here twice and amazingly there... has not been any improvement in the service. The ONLY reason I even reviewed this restaurant is to warn people what they arewalking into and to compliment the food. The only person to even say hello was the bingo card lady and she didn?t even workthere! Do not expect timely service. Expect to have to ask for everything, from napkins to refills. Whoever is running thekitchen - my hat goes off to you. Your food is superb but the sad state of the ?bar? takes away from even the best food. Idigress. Having trained bartenders before, I can?t help but be sad when someone doesn?t try to upsell me or even pretend to carethat my drink is empty. The bartenders act like they are too cool to be there (or there is an apparent lack of management) tobring order to a chaotic collection of chairs and music that this enterprise hopes will attract enough youth to pay what canonly be a costly overhead. Here?s what really gets me - I understand often when women are given faster treatment in anenvironment like this, but that?s not what happens here. We counted many, many tables that would go to the bar to get a drinkbecause the bartenders Do. Not. Care. and the slow service was rampant no matter who you were or what you looked like. Shapeup. Came here on a Friday night. The inside gets super crowded and hardly anyone was wearing face masks in there including staff... members so that was a little disappointing. However, the outside seating was pretty empty due to it being a chilly night. Ourwaitress was super nice and turned the heater on for us and checked in on us frequently. The drinks we tried were all reallygood and so was the sausage mac and cheese fries. Definitely worth checking out but don't know if it'd be my regular go to spot. Read more
