I would say it is the only place in the City where you can get an authentic Chinese food experience. The service was great and... the foods were delicious. I would recommend Fish fillet in garlic sauce and spicy dry chicken. Also their homemade crispynoodles is great. Read more

For the longest time I wanted to eat Szechuan food, I have heard so much about it and let me tell you it was so much better of... what I imagined it would be. The pork dumplings were exquisite they might be the best ones I?ve had try in okc area and thatchili oil was just fantastic, (I?m not the greatest at eating spicy but this was so delicious that it was worth the pain, adelicious pain I would say). I always wanted to eat steamed chicken and that day was the day, I think this dish is a must try,so refreshing so tasty and again that chili sauce, just perfection. My main dish was the stewed beef, I think the flavorsprofile in this dish is what Szechuan food is about, so fragrant almost perfuming, spicy but a different kind of spicy, at leastfor what I?m used to, for sure a plate for the senses. The service was really good, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Iwas very happy for this place. We are pretty lucky to have such amazing diversity of restaurants in okc metro area don?t takeit for granted and go try them, enjoy them and let me know how you like it. Read more

INCREDIBLY DELISH! I've been twice now and it's officially become my new favorite. On my first visit I had soup dumplings, pork... belly stir fry, & salt & pepper tofu. The tofu was incredibly flavorful and the pork belly was cut paper thin and served in adelicious sauce. The soup dumplings were the best I've had outside of NYC. On the second visit, we order dumpling in chili oil,egg roll, scallion pancake, asparagus with minced pork , and salt & pepper chicken. The scallion pancake was crisp without beingoverly greasy. The dumplings were not overly spicy despite being in chili oil. The asparagus was crisp tender and totallydelectable. The salt & pepper chicken's bite sized pieces were crisp and not greasy. Completely full of flavor. Even in leftoverversion, everything was incredible. Highly recommend. Read more

The service at Szechuan Story was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dumplings as a appetizer and... spit general tso chicken entree. The portions were pretty big for a decent price. All of the food was delicious! Probably ourfavorite Chinese restaurant in OKC. We will definitely be back! Read more

Not sure what the talk is about. It wasn?t awful but it wasn?t great either. The service is great but the food isn?t there. Soup... dumplings and the shrimp dumplings in chili oil tasted like they?re frozen dumplings. The spicy tofu had a weird aftertaste. The chicken with veggies is basic. Also, at that price point, I wouldn?t get it again. Can get the same thing at anyChinese food restaurant for half the cost. Read more

From twice... cooked pork belly to spicy crunchy chicken with lemony peppercorns that numb your tongue, this place makes for fantastic foodexploration. Everything tasted great and I got to try flavors I have never experienced before. Additionally everybody was veryfriendly and helpful. Wonderful restaurant. Read more

Had heard about the authenticity from a friend who grew up in the Szechuan province. We had a quick lunch but tried a few... entrees and an appetizer. The food was hot temperature-wise and the spices were just right. Each portion was huge and we leftwith two bags of leftovers. Space inside is limited but the service is friendly, and fast and the food is better than youaverage takeout. We had orange chicken, dry hot pot (with steak) and some green bean dish and a kind of pork dumpling to start.Of course it?s served with rice. Read more
