I know the world is short staffed right now, but no one even acknowledges that you walked in because they were all too busy... screaming & playing around in the back to notice. ALL the tables in the dining room were dirty. When an elderly lady broughther taco back to the counter because it had sour cream on it, a rude male staff member started yelling loud enough to be heardoutside "oh girl dont put no sour cream on that! ...Baby, make sure that sour cream dont touch! Make sure you dont put sourcream on that!..." Very rude & disrespectful to the lady and everyone in the restaurant to witness! Shame!! If there was amanager on duty this day, they may be in the wrong business. Time for Taco Bell corporate to step up some training across theboard! Read more
The food is actually good, but I go by on my way to work in the mornings and they will sometimes forget to put everything that... goes in the combo in the bag. The past few times I've gone by, they won't even acknowledge the drive thru and its after 8, sothey clearly aren't going to get anymore business from me. Read more
Pulled in to order at 1010 and they told me they stopped serving breakfast. Said the car in front got the last items and they... were sold out. I visited this Taco Bell on August 30th 2022, for an inside lunch dining experience and was told that I had to place my order... with a self-service kiosk instead of with an actual employee. There were no other patrons at the counter at the time. Allvisible employees were making food orders for drive-thru patrons and refusing to help patrons in the store. Is this is the careof service that Taco Bell extends to everyone or just me and my family? Me and many others will not be visiting a Taco Bell inthe future for this very reason. Read more
South okc. Went for the Mexican pizza....they didn't have it. Sounded like a party going on the whole time we were there. ... Loud music and lots of loud banter from the employees. Had to really hunt for a table that wasnt dirty and there was only oneother customer there. Noone greeted us...they looked at us and walk off. So we figured out to use the kiosk to order. This has happened every time I try here, they always get it wrong and always fill it with lettuce instead of anything else I ask... for. I order 2 soft tacos with meet, cheese, and sour cream yet there was no sour cream. It tasted as mayo and was disgusting. Ihave never been so disappointed. Their doors are locked during business hours. Only let truckers inside, why!? Then couldn?t make a burrito correctly
