Avoid. This is the worst taco bueno in the city, probably the world. No sense of urgency, they intentionally move very very... slow. 1 car in front of you? Be prepared to be there for 20 minutes. They refuse to fix their own intercom system, so you willneed to fix the order at the window. The manager, short lady, very rude. Unfriendly, and refuses to honor coupons if you'vetaken a survey. The food quality is lack luster. Go to may north of 63rd. It's like the Carlyle Hotel in NYC compared to thisplace. Absolutely awful, rude, slow, and incompetent. They lose LOTS of business from customers leaving because they didn'tbring a sleeping bag. Filthy looking kitchen too. Read more
Had to drive through. They couldn't hear me and my car is not loud. Got through that , got my Bueno chalata platter. Couldn't... eat it until I went through the drive through again to get utensils and napkins. I'm addicted to the Bueno chalata dinners. Nexttime I'll go to a different one although the food was good. I should have read the signs when I noticed how dirty the kitchen looked at 11:00am, ordered mucho nachos. After waiting 10... minutes, my food came out with the beef on top of the beans and cheese ???????????, then I took one bite and the ground beef wascold like it had just come out of the refrigerator, so the lady tried to blame it on the air conditioner blowing on the food.Got a refund and left. ???????????????????????????????????????? This location is near my home, so I try to go to this one. Most of the time I am disappointed. I waited for 15 minutes in the... drive thru today. There was one car at the window. 2 people behind me pulled off. After 10 minutes, I was asking her to take myorder, and she informed me she was the only one working and she still needed me to wait before taking my order. She wasliterally taking one order at a time and making it. What I thought was really odd is Regina was not alone. There was anotheremployee in the store. I've come to this location and they have not honored their coupons. I've come to this location and it wasclosed when it was supposed to be open. This place is a hot mess, and you are lucky to get any food when you go up here. Unlessyou have 30 to 45 minutes to wait, if they are open at all. I love Taco Bueno, the food is usually the best for fast taco joint. However this location was way below par. The staff were... unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. The food was cold and the ingredients were skimmed. The burrito was half filledand the taco salad was missing half the ingredients. The cashier rang me up for the wrong food and I went to return it and theytold me after taking my food that I would have to pay for the proper food. After I said that was not right and told them myexperience was below par they went and replaced it without charging me. This location was very disgusting. We visited at 11:00a.m. on August 4th 2021. All of the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty. Both my wife and I use the restrooms and theytoo were filthy. The men's room the paper towel dispenser did not work. There was a foul odor inside the dining room. Weaccidentally spilled our drink and they had no napkins to clean the table and did not offer a mop to clean up the mess. We leftand sat in the parking lot and watched to see if they were going to clean it. After 30 minutes we left and they have not yetcleaned it. We understand that they may have been short-staffed however that is no excuse. Cleanliness is a priority aboveall. The salsa bar was closed. They did not offer any salsa at the cash register. They are extremely slow & not very friendly what so ever!! If you choose to eat in, be prepared to stand at the counter waiting... to place your order until the entire drive thru has been taken care of!!! The food quality has gone way down at this location aswell. If you order anything with CHEESE on it ( most things on the menu) forget about it!! They skimp on everything. Managementhad a complete attitude & snarled at me when I took a $11.00 platter back up to the counter & asked if they could please put thequeso on the items as shown!!
