I was here on 11/14/22 and they were severely understaffed and only two wonderful ladies working. Despite being overwhelmed they... were not going down with out a fight. Took at least 30 minutes to get my order and the food was horrible, beans were old, service was slow, guy at the counter had to... apologies to everyone, not his fault he was new the last time I came in and the service was the same.. If you don't have thestaff then cut your losses and close. I Will not ever go back. I should have just gotten a refund. Read more
We went tonight and we were told they were out of beef which was fine. We asked for eight bean burritos and we're told they did... not have enough beans. So we left. This is the worst Taco Bueno out of all of them. I do not know how they are in business. Read more
Used to love coming here, and came here frequently as I have worked in this same area for 20 years. Previously service was... quick, and the food was good and very fresh. Once restaurants began reopening during the pandemic, I was understanding and madeallowances due to issues like staffing, supply chain problems, etc. This year, service has gotten extremely slow, even more sothan during the pandemic. I am typically in the drive through line for about 40 or more minutes (which is double the time it waspreviously) for about 10 cars. As I wait in line, there are always cars that I see in front of and behind me who pull out andleave because of the extreme wait. The food quality has degraded. Today I ordered tacos. The meat is not seasoned, and thesalsa was more like tomato water. As much as I enjoyed the franchise previously, I think it is time to leave this locationbehind. The last 2 visits I?ve had here, I?ve ordered the wholotta platter and all I get is the enchilada. The wholotta platter is... supposed to everything with it, that?s why it?s called a WHOLOTTA platter. Never going back to this location again. Read more
It was totally terrible, the woman before us had beef uncooked. My husband and I checked our meat and it was well was under... cooked. The employee was very rude to the woman before us he would not give her a refund he told her to call corporate office hewould not provide his name when she asked for it. Went to the drive thru with no reply. Waited 2 minutes while I spoke into the speaker. Then went inside where the drive thru... said she didn't hear me. Placed my order and 20 minutes laters I still don't have my burrito, tostada, and taco. Sure I got afree drink but that means nothing in the whole picture of things. Read more
