Some of the best Tex Mex around. The 36 hour beans are the best! Their combo burrito with fresh daily salsa is my go too. One of... the best burritos around!.. Had the chicken chilada today and boy was it good. I miss the sour cream chicken chilada Bueno usedto have, it was beyond good. This gave me a new item on my list tho. Asian lady in drive through was about as welcoming as expected. Half a star for being friendly.. Got two miles down the road... and realized I do not have a fork in my bag I ordered a taco salad.. incompetent as was as unfriendly.. not a great combo.... . Read more
If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I deliver for a third party company, for extra income and I had an order... to pickup from this specific location. The time was around 8:30, I parked my car and got out to go inside to pickup the order.An employee sitting in front of the entrance smoking informed me that I need to get back in my car that they were closed. At8:30pm?, really? I said how can you be closed when I have an online order for this place just now. He told me that I needed toget back in my car and go around to pickup the order. So I gave him a thumbs up and got back in my car to go around and pick upmy order. I don't have time to argue or waste, when I am on a time clock for the third party company I work for. This gentlemenwas very rude the entire time. However, I got in my car and went around to get the food. The lady in the drive through was verynice and sweet. As I am leaving I see through the windows several customers in the lobby eating. So does Taco Bueno have thisnew thing were they get to pick and choose whom they serve now?? This location is pretty consistent. I?m a vegetarian, so I order some weird things, and they usually nail it! The worst thing... that usually happens here is getting regular salsa instead of firehouse. That?s unforgivable in my world. Keep up the good work. Read more
I have been going to this Taco Bueno on I-240 since before my husband and I married in 1970. It was the first place we ate after... the birth of my first baby in 1971. It has been very good and it's been very bad. During the past few years, I would give itmostly a "poor" rating! Today I found it to be exceptionally clean, at least 4 employees all wearing gloves, kitchen was clean,dining area very clean & the food was fresh & delicious! Manager "Carol" has got this Taco Bueno in tip-top shape! I hope shestays around for a long time! Great job, Carol! You got 5 stars from me today! Read more
