The waitress that interacted with my gluten free daughter was one of the best we've had since she went gluten free. Brandy took... the time to ask questions and explain the process and procedures for their kitchen and establishment. She too has celiac diseaseso it made my daughter feel like she found her place and her people. Someone who finally understood her struggle. Money can'tbuy that peace. I had slight reservations about dining here, but we were hungry and saw that they had gluten free menu options so we decided to... give it a try. Luckily, Brandy, the waitress serving us, had celiac disease herself so she was very helpful and patient while Ilooked over my options. She brought out steamed corn tortillas for me instead of their corn tortilla chips that go in a sharedfryer. She told me something neither of us know, is that most restaurants "flash fry" their rice in the same fryer so that maybe an issue if cross contamination affects you. Yesterday, I ordered a large, take out order for a gathering that was too small for catering, but a sizable take out order. The... meal was not only prepared on time but the manager personally went through each bag to make sure we had everything we ordered.They helped me load the vehicle to make sure the food was secure. The customer service was strong and my guest LOVED the food.We had so much left over. I'm grateful for the hard work of the to-go staff to not only make my experience a great one, but toalso take care of the other to-go customers. You can tell the kitchen staff and the to-go team worked hard to give qualitypresentation, delicious food and good customer service. Food and Service was great. But it only took ONE snobby, intitled kid to ruin an experience for the night. Sparing the lengthy... details, this young lady felt obliged to stand at the door holding it wide open as I froze my bones waiting on my order. Whenasked If she doesn't mind closing the door, she snapped stating, she was waiting on the ambulance. I said, "but they're nothere", she turned away with an attitude and ignored my request.
