We love Texas a roadhouse and normally have a great experience there. It's actually our son's favorite place and tonight was his... birthday so that's where he chose to eat. Our service was good starting off, but normally when the steaks come out they ask youto cut into them to see if they are cooked alright. Tonight our server didn't not do that. In fact when she dropped them off shesaid do you need any else and we said no, we were ok and then we never saw her again until almost the end of the meal. A mangerpeered over the half wall at one point but never made it to our table, she did however spend a very long time at another tablealong with several other employees visiting with another guest. When our server finally came back and went to pick up our platesshe never even asked why my plate still had 3/4 of the steak on it. I thought maybe when she saw that much of a steak left shemight ask if something was wrong or realize that I had ordered my steak medium and that one was clearly medium rare and close torare. I manage a restaurant as well and I know you at Texas Roadhouse strive to do your best at taking care of your customersjust as I do at my store. My son and his girlfriend both work for me as servers, i told them to never walk away from a tablewhen someone leaves that mush food on a plate without asking if some was wrong with it. My son did however say they must haveknown it was my birthday because mine was cooked perfectly, I guess I should be happy about that. The food and waitress were great. The 50 min wait time for 2 adults and a 1 year old was not great but worth the wait. The lady... that sat us down at our table was really RUDE. She would not even talk to or acknowledge us. She is the reason we did not give 5stars. The food was AMAZING as always though. Read more

Been to many Texas Roadhouses across the country, this one is pretty low standards. You thought you were getting rolls, think... again. Not even an excuse as to why they were not served. Mediocre food, and lack luster service. Read more
Getting here to dinner was different to say something. But it wasnt about the food. That was acceptable, maybe even lame. Lo... remarkable was the way how an army of teenagers run the place were customers are treated like flock. From the door were you areorder to wait outside in 20 degrees were you have to beg for a seat thru ghe window, to the table werenyou wait and waiy whilethese kids run from table to table ignoring you until you forget what you need. I love their food: Rolls with cinnamon butter, Fried pickles, steaks and chicken fried steak. Restaurant is always busy, but... it's because the food is so good. We'll worth the wait. Service is friendly and efficient. No complaints from us. Read more
We got there as soon as they opened. My steak was perfect. I expected to see peanuts everywhere on the floor but it looks like... they don't do that anymore. It goes to show you how long it has been since I ate there. Our waitress was friendly andcourteous and she kept our drink glasses full. Read more
