Ordered and paid for a single smoothie. Was skipped in line multiple times. Had to inquire with two people to get them to make... my order. When they made it they served it to another customer, over a half hour after I ordered it. I was waived to get myorder from the other customer. Edit: reply to below, I already attempted to contact you on your site before posting thisreview. No response from that prompted me leaving this review. Given that you have the same cut and paste response to everynegative review, I sincerely doubt anyone from your company reads any of these reviews or anything sent in to your company.Which means I'm talking to myself here. Horrendous customer service. We ordered 4 smoothies they only had 2 ready of those they weren't even the right smoothies!!!!!... Last weekend there were no straws this weekend no lids??? We live on the north side and go to tropical smoothie there quiteoften and both the service and smoothies are of WAY better quality. This review applies to this specific location only. I had mobile ordered two smoothies along side flatbreads, but when I... arrived and went inside to pick it up, they had made one of the smoothies wrong. I had asked them to remake it and that wasn't aproblem. The problem was when I had received a half filled smoothie cup. The smoothie and flatbread tasted fine, but they shouldhave had enough decency to fill my smoothie cup up after already getting it wrong. Didn't bother to ask to get it redone as theyprobably would've just messed it up and wasted my time anyways. After getting the food and going to the car, I opened andstarted eating a flatbread and there was what seems to be a piece of parchment/cooking paper in the middle of the flatbread. Ican't even imagine how that got there. I don't recommend this tropical smoothie location. Try another one instead. Read more

I love tropical smoothie but this price hike is insane. No way I should be paying $7 for a 22oz smoothie. I added avocado... for protein! I knew it was a extra! Smoothie king has $7 $8 32oz size smoothies with protein already in them. Read more

The food is always fresh and hot and of course the smoothies are fantastic. Customer service is always great. This is a busy... location but the crew do an amazing job keeping up. I got the sunrise sunset smoothie and the jerk chicken wrap!!!!! Perfect!!! Read more
