Fries and chicken nuggets were old and cold, burgers were bland and something caused my stomach to be upset and purging all the... next day. It was 6:30pm and the parking lot was empty. Should have been fresh food. I should have went with my instinct-if thelot is empty when it should be full, there is something wrong. Wish I would have went somewhere else. Read more
The worst experience of my life messed up my order not once not twice but three times took my money didn't give receipts for... anything when I called back they wouldn't tell me a name said they were the manager and hung up on me twice, then when I calledback said Renee was the manager kept hearing the other workers in the background laughing because they apparently think it'shilarious to mess with people's food bet they wouldn't be so happy if someone did this to them. I don't know how this particular Wendy's is still in business. They've got my order wrong twice. I ordered a chicken sandwich &... they gave me a bag full of cold nuggets. To give them another chance I order the Asiago, bacon, chicken sandwich & they give mejust chicken & lettuce on bread (cold). Fries (cold). Didn't even have any Coca-Cola. The people were alright. I get they were probably tired, but then the card machine went down. Then apparently it started working... again. Food was so bad I couldn?t eat it. I thought if anything the fries would be good. Nope, even worse. Fast food is badenough, but this was on another level altogether. Get it together, I will not be back. They placed my order wrong and didn?t read it back to me to make sure it was right, two of the items were incorrect, and after... calling the store multiple times instead of waiting in another 6+ line of cars, they did not answer and after knocking on thewindow and one the employees looking at me, they still did not answer. I then went back through the line and after beinginformed this time that an item was wrung up incorrectly, I told them that it?s was actually supposed to be something else butthey just kept reading the receipt like they checked it with me. Pros: salads, good prices I went through the drive through and ordered the Parmesan Caesar salad $7.10. The service was... efficient. The salad was fresh and the chicken was tasty. Good lunchtime option. I would pay more for bigger portion. Read more
