Don't come here at night. There's always an excuse as to why they can't take orders. Tonight the girl working drive thru said,... "they could only take cash so if you don't have cash you can't order". I did a mobile order. When I told her she sighed andannoyingly asked my name Yada Yada. At the window she literally said nothing to me even after I said thank you when she handedme my drinks and then again when she handed me my food. If you hate working in fast food so much go get another job! Let's noeven mention the employee smoking weed at the door right by the drive thru speaker. Smh nobody wearing uniforms just holey jeansand sweatsuits. Read more
It was lunch rush when I went to dine in. The manager on duty had the crew working like a well oiled machine. The crew seemed to... genuinely understand the meaning of the word teamwork. There was even a young man who was just getting off another job, whonoticed how busy they were. Instead of just saying oh well it's my day off, he asked the manager if they needed him to clock in!Talk about a team player. ???? My food was hot and fresh. They even had my order half ready before I finished ordering. By thetime I paid, my entire order was ready.**remember, this is during lunch rush.* I was quite impressed with the people who wereworking hard at Wendy's today. Thank you guys! This Wendy?s is a joke! Hamburger bun was really hard, burger was cold not to mention the chicken nuggets taste old as if they... had been sitting for days. The only thing that was decent was the sprite. This Wendy?s has gone down hill! Read more
Sadly this Wendy's has gone downhill. They used to be the friendliest place now, everyone in there is frustrated all the time if... you ask for a napkin (because your drink is dripping down the side of the cup) or straw ( because they did not put one in yourbag) they look at you like you speak a different language. I really hope Wendy's can get some friendly people in theirrestaurant again. Read more
Went to pick up lunch to go today. First of all, the floor in front of counter where you order is sticky and shoes stick to the... floor. Their way of processing orders is very primitive. Guy at register hollers the orders to people in the back and itusually has to be repeated 2 or 3 times. I get that it's fast food but get a better system. They advertise better fries thanMcD's. Nope, soggy, flimsy, undercooked. Of 3 combos in my order, they totally screwed up mine of course. I ordered anexpensive fancy chicken sandwich and got the most basic burger on their menu. Poor service! Rude girl at the drive through.. no one wants to answer the headset and finely I got tired of waiting so I pulled... to the window and I got though with half my order and she told a new guy to go around the building and they answered it after aminute and though my bag of food on its side! I had "THE WORST" overcooked, dried up, so called, hamburgers EVER!!!!! I ordered 2 double cheeseburger combos with 2 med.... chocolate frosty for drinks & a baked potato with 1of the combos.
