Service is awful. I got told that I could only place mobile order due to staff shortage despite not having any customers then... had to wait for 30 minutes. Just to get told that they were out of items that I ordered. Better off avoiding this Wendy's. Read more

I would give 5 stars for hot excellent food, unfortunately I had to wait too long to eat! (until all of our frostys and drinks... were gone) Finally our food was brought out to us in the parking lot. Three other customers behind us in the drive thru gotthier food and drove off before we got ours and the order was only $18 so its not like I had a big order for them to make or Iwould have went inside and ordered. They are friendly, the food is hot and good, and tlI never have to wait long to get my order. A big bonus is I've never had a... problem with my order. Wendy's is a hidden gem! Have you heard of the $5 biggie bag? Every since I learned about it a couplemonths ago it keeps me going back. The sandwiches aren't huge but they are flavorful. Read more
Service is pretty quick but since the black girl's not working in the Drive-Thru anymore the guy that's there is very unfriendly... sounds like he doesn't want to be there at all. You should have someone on the speaker that has a pleasant voice and seems likethey want to serve you. You need to have cashiers who know how to count money and who know how to split payments. FRAUD!!! SCAM!!! So many people has been talking BAD about this place for years and successfully worked to open another Wendy's... nearby. They will rip you on everything! Here is evidence of the latest visit... In the photo, the EXPENSIVE OVERPRICED Frosty,the left is a SMALL and the right is the LARGE, same fkin size!!! This place is special. The staff was friendly, the food was what you expected. The only thing off was the 10 minute wait...... Followed by having to ask for our drinks they forgot, and then the cookies they forgot... The fries weren't salted at all... Butthe kicker was that my triple burger came out as a sextuple burger. Not that more isn't better usually but it was almostimpossible to eat. 6 patties. I nearly died from meat sweats. Read more
