The Whataburger Jr. combo was cold, no flavor whatsoever, and the patty was super dry, as if it had been sitting for hours. I... have tried various locations thinking maybe someone was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the pattern is consistent throughoutthe chain. I won't even go into the wait times at some locations. Absolutely the best whataburger I have ever eaten at. They loaded that burger up! Great job. Friendly staff and clean store.
The clerk was very friendly and helpful. I had a patty melt, the patties were not done, they were still a little pink and the... bread was soggy.. Managed to eat it, didn't have time to send it back. The rest of our party enjoyed their food. Read more
I am happy to say that the Whataburger I frequent is a nice, clean, and comfortable place to dine-in. Even though the last visit... a downed Milkshake machine was a disappointment and the ice machine at the fountain station was not in working condition. Theyoung man who took our order was very apologetic for the inconveniences and he was doing his best to make sure that we weretaken care of. He provided our ice for our drinks with no problem. When I requested a separate order for him to take care of heprovided me with exactly what I had asked for and brought it to me at our table while we were eating( like I had asked). Oursandwiches were so good the broken milkshake machine became just a memory! Our food was fresh and it was hot when we receivedour order. I highly recommend that you try the restaurant. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I havenever had a bad order from this restaurant and I do frequent it often. I had my mother and my sister come along with me and theyboth live outside of the Oklahoma City district. Now when they come to visit it is their request to go to the establishment.It's a win win situation! Read more
I want to make sure this employee gets recognized for the amazing performance diffusing the whole restaurant and for the... reviewer who wished she got her name, I made sure I did, her name is Joanna and she saved the Sunday morning, a father's day.The father with the little girl dining in had been waiting for 30 minutes for their order. Looked like there was enough staff tohandle the drive thru, the lobby, and delivery orders, but unfortunately only the drive thru was going thru. No sweet tea by thefountain drinks, trash on the floor. People dining in waiting for their orders, then Joanna sweet lady comes in picks up thetrash, gives out cookies to the little girl which diffuses the father after he was very upset with staff. Attends everyonewaiting and it was just like she was the manager, while the real manager finds time to mop the floors. Read more
Ordered a large Patty Melt meal, received a cold plain cheeseburger with extra onions. Good use of almost $12.
I got a couple grill cheeses and hash browns, the hash browns were hard but some were good. And then I take a bite of my grilled... cheese and it tasted fine then I take another bite and white stuff starts Oozing out between the bread and It tasted so funkyand disgusting ???? I usually love the grill cheese but this is not how they come and I?m very disappointed and disgusted andstill confused of what it was. Read more
It was mt first time at a Whataburger. The meat was nicely seasoned. Big round burgers. They didn't have the ingredients... needed for a mushroom swiss or the advertised Blue burger. But what we got was good.it is a bit pricey but so is most fast foodanymore. Read more
