I don't like the French fries at all, they were burnt, actually I'm not going to eat there again
i called to order and the girl was very rude, but overall the order delivered fast. we ordered hawaiian and usually they are... sweet and tangy but they were Burning my mouth, i kinda just tried to deal with it but 4 in i couldn?t eat anymore. i don?t knowif they gave me the wrong flavor or if i?m being dramatic but i don?t remember them tasting like that at all! fries were verygood though. Horrible service! Did an online order once I got there my order wasn?t ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes! Once I... received my order it was WRONG! I ordered thigh bites and they tried to replace them with boneless wings. Told the manager andshe said,? well we are out of thigh bites! Why not just tell me so I can order something else! Read more

Disappointed, this wing stop did not meet my expectations at all, and will most definitely not recommend to others. I have... ordered carry out and arrived 40 min after, wings were still not ready and they still made me wait. I arrived home and my orderwas INCOMPLETE whenever I went back and tried to get my complete order they had told me it was already closing time and they canno longer complete that request, they had asked me to come back the next day, and did not even bother to offer me a refund. Ordered on the app and waited a bit in-store. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Order was correct and food was hot; fries... couldhave been cooked longer but that's my preference....But to 2nd on another review: PLEASE put napkins in the to-go bags. Did an online order about two hours ago. Received it about an hour and a half ago, when I opened the wings they looked to have... been re-fried old wings. They were over cooked and extremely hard. Family was not pleased. I called the restaurant to speak withthe manager, explained the situation and her solution was for me to bring the wings back. Normally, not an issue, but the onlyreason I did an online order was because of the bad weather we?re having and did not feel like driving on those slick roads andalso we?re in a pandemic, customers? food should not be coming back to restaurants after being partially consumed. Food was great. Only complaint was 21.00 for a 10 piece combo is ridiculous.
