Food wasn't delivered. Wingstop has claimed multiple times they would refund me and send a confirmation email. It has been 20... days and I have not received either one even after multiple phone calls. They're too busy fighting with DoorDash over who owesme the money. Read more
When I arrived to get my order the girl at the register didn?t acknowledge me for almost 3 minutes.(I was the only one in there)... She never looked up and never apologized. She finally asked for the name on my order I asked for my drink cups she looked mein the face and walked off She took my credit card and ran it then laid it on the cash register. I had to ask the girl in theback to come get my card and receipt. She was extremely rude. Usually we get our wings from there. Tonight when I got home thesack was saturated. They put so much garlic butter on my garlic parm that it leaked out of the box and was everywhere. I wasstill hopeful. I got the wings out and they were not crisp. I wanted a garlic parmesan combo with drink and they forgot my drink. I reordered the same thing and got my drink with also a... garlic parmesan that's burnt and hard as a rock !! Unacceptable Read more
The last couple times I have ordered from here the order has been messed up and they didn?t give me my drink. Also the orders... take twice as long to get so either myself when I pick up or the delivery driver has to stand around and wait forever. Veryunimpressed and tired of the bad service. Read more

I wanted wings so we ordered from WINGSTOP! No Brainerd considering I love their wings. I ordered a 10 pcs. Bone in. I get home... open my order and got 10 drums! If I wanted drums I would've ordered drums only and probably been cheaper, or gone to a"DRUMSTOP"! Got so upset I slammed food straight in the trash because I lost my appetite. Was s3cond time this has happened atthis locating and can't count how many times I've gotten only 1 or 2 flats. If this is "just how it comes out of the packagewhen prepared. Then why have I NEVER gotten only flats or only 1 or 2 drums?! Dought I will be returning here again. Oh and 3rdweek straight that the Coke machine is not functioning correctly! Ordered delivery through the website and only received half my order. When I called to remedy the situation I was told the door... dash driver didn?t give me all of my order and that I had to contact door dash myself. The little girl who answered the phoneoffered no help whatsoever and offered no type of compensation for my inconvenience. I later confirmed that the door dashdriver was not given my whole order by Wingstop,, so they just passed the blame onto the delivery driver instead of owning up totheir mistake. Now they have $100 of my hard earned money and I was left with a house full of people I need to figure out how tofeed. Not to mention the few wings I did get were nothing more than tiny overcooked dried up pieces of trash. If you offerdelivery and an order is not delivered correctly for any reason it is your responsibility to correct the problem, not mine, andnot the delivery service YOU chose to use. Read more
Tried to call in my order at just before 8pm. On hold for 27 minutes on my way to the restaurant, eventually i make it to my... destination, I walked in, still on hold to find not one but TWO people standing at the registers chatting and not taking orders.When the one girl asked if I was here for a pickup, I said, "I would ve but I've been on hold for 28 minutes..." she replied,"we shut the phones off cause we busy." To which I'm like, yeah so busy you are literally just standing at the register withanother person on another register just standing there. The only saving grace was the kitchen got my order completed in about 5minutes. Thank you kitchen staff for picking up the slack for your front counter people who failed you. Read more
