So this store must be in the ghetto. They couldn't change a 100 bill in 10 minutes. Couldn't give me the right change either. I... had to ask for all of my change back and even count it for them. Said I wanted the peppercorns peppers. Didn't bother to tell meuntil after I had my food that they weren't available at all. They charged more but gave less. Fries were hot but sandwicheswere not. I had previously rated 5 stars, but today I am giving it 1. I'd probably give zero if I could. I got 2 meals and they were... cold and one of the sandwiches was wrong. I went inside and told them about the sandwich so they replaced it with another coldsandwich, but it was the right sandwich anyway. I ordered jalapeño poppers and omg I had to throw them away. Went there at around 1130 was not busy at all. Food was fresh and came out fast.
I just need to give a shout out to this incredible crew tonight. I was reading the menu and had a dyslexic moment and we ordered... the wrong thing. Of course I didn?t realize it until they pointed out that I ordered the wrong thing. I was embarrassed, andsaid we would just pay for the extra order. The manager and the man working the window were so kind. They fixed up our new orderand insisted on giving it to us. They didn?t need to do that but they did. Arby's has the meats!! They always have great tasting food!!! I tried the jalapeno bacon ranch wrap.... Amazing! The price on... the food is just right I feel too. Not over priced like others in the town. I've never had to wait a long time for my food sosuper fast service. Read more
Great place to work. And my mother has worked at Arby's for 27 years. She has made it a million dollar store.
