Saturday Sept 14. Tall thin young man working drive thru, wish I would have gotten his name. Nicest, most professional employee... I have seen anywhere in YEARS! Gave him a tip because he?s worth it. He didn?t know what to do, said I didn?t have to do thatand you just made my night. Burger King, you have a good one here, better not lose him! Plus the food was hot and tasty. Customer service was excellent but my order was made wrong they did straighten it out
Staff didn't know their menu well, line inside was backed up. They got many orders mixed up had to come out and ask me what my... order was after already paying and waiting 20 min. Just keep driving down the road to Wendy's, McDonald's or Braum's if you aretrying to grab a quick bite inside after traveling. Also, the meat was cold when finally served. Well, where do I start? I?ll just ask relevant questions instead of make any statements. Here we go? Is fast food still fast... when it takes 23 minutes to serve up a $25 order? Are managers still a manager when they play on their phone and never actuallydo any work? Does it take 10 pounds of salt to season a batch of fries?
