Drive thru was backed out to road n lobby was closed. Took 25 mins to even get to place order
Haven't eaten here in awhile and I was really disappointed last time but decided to try again. I ordered online and picked up at... the store. The food was really fresh!! Definitely redeemed it for us. Read more
Food would of not been so bad if the drive thru worker would of listened when she took my order. But couldn't eat it because it... had something on it that I am allergic too. Also, did not repeat my order so, knew it would result like that. That should becustomer service rule 101. Nor did she greet me at the window. To bad that she treated any KFC customers like that. Then to topit off, no spoon in the bag. Not even worth 1 star on the service. Read more
