Food would of not been so bad if the drive thru worker would of listened when she took my order. But couldn't eat it because it... had something on it that I am allergic too. Also, did not repeat my order so, knew it would result like that. That should becustomer service rule 101. Nor did she greet me at the window. To bad that she treated any KFC customers like that. Then to topit off, no spoon in the bag. Not even worth 1 star on the service. Read more

7:45 pm Saturday evening. They do NOT have chicken. I order a classic chicken sandwich combo and am told they do not have... strips, sandwiches or nuggets because they are all FROZEN!! This place has been terrible for years but I saw a recent reviewthat said how great they were. All staff had been hired and food was great they said. NOPE. I do not know who owns this placebut they do not care. They are not in business to sell chicken so I don?t know what they are doing over there. Not worth yourtime, stay away. Read more
My husband went and got kfc for dinner tonight and when he got home we realized there was NO CHICKEN ON MY CHICKEN sandwich!!??... Like really??? How do you forget to put the chicken on a CHICKEN sandwich!!! Complete waste of money and time!! I will not goback there again! Came at 2pm drive thru had 2 cars at the window 2cars at the speaker. I went in to order at the counter and was told only online... orders.... Mind you NO signs saying this. I can understand if this was during the height of the pandemic but nope if so thenwhy aren't the employees wearing masks?
