Went here on a Wednesday at around 5:30pm, with no other people in the lobby. We waited about 30 minutes for 1 pasta dish and... sandwich to come out to us. Our last pasta dish took another 15 minutes to get out to our table. They then informed us that theyhad to thaw sauce out. I wish they would've informed of us this earlier and my review would've been different. My bread wascovered in way too much parsley and garlic. The sandwich we ordered came with all toppings when ordered with no mayonnaise andtomato, the waitress even recited it back to us. We only got a refill on 1/3 drinks the whole time. After a long time not ordering due to poor service I decided to try again. Same thing. Ordered online, 30-40 minute delivery... time, an hour and a half later no pizza. Called customer service and was told the driver couldn't find the address. My street isonly 7 blocks long, how can you not find me with a description of my house and car in the delivery instructions on the order.After customer service verified the address and phone number they said they would have it resent. Not after an hour and a half,I asked to cancel the order and if I could get a refund. He became rude, cancelled, refunded and then hung up. Such adisappointment. Read more
Terrible!! If I could give no stars I would. There was only like 3 people in the dining area when we came in. We heard the... people ahead of us mention that it had taken them 11/2 hours to receive a simple pizza but we thought maybe they were justslammed before that. We watched several other tables come and be seated. Took them forever to take their orders and drinks, andthe waitress was just standing there for the most part. Took FOREVER to receive our food. 2 hours to be exact. There was anelderly couple who were in there before us and didn?t receive their food at all so they just walked out, we counted 7 people whojust walked out to be exact. Don?t even get me started with our waitress. She?s the one with brownish hair that?s green on thebottom. SLOW. She would just stand there looking around doing nothing when there would be multiple people who needed refills. Onthe off chance she did do something she would walk right past people who clearly needed refills. I got tired of waiting so Iwalked up to the counter and asked for a refill myself. Not to mention I ordered a salad buffet and had to go ask for my platebecause she never brought them, and she also didn?t bring me the right drink and asked if I wanted her to bring the right oneout like DUH. The water I ordered was like warm and tasted like dirt and the cup was grimy. Then on top of all of that, I paidfor salad buffet just for half of it to be missing. What do they do when we had to wait that long for our food? Charge us fullprice! It?s absolutely a shock to me that this location is still in business. I will never return here again. I?m outraged. I was driving through and stopped here for lunch on a Sunday for lunch. I think they were having a bad day as it took over 90... minutes to get our food. The staff was frazzled but respectful and professional. If I had to guess, another shop suffering froma shortage of workers. The calzone was cooked well and was a good value for the money spent. I'll give them another try whenI'm next passing through. Read more
Met my daughter for dinner. We had the chicken alfredo pizza. Our server J lee was young and seemingly inexperienced. Service... was terrible. We never got our water refilled, we had to go get our own extra salad, we had to go to the counter to order ourown beers. We even had to have him add the extra salad to the bill. Amazing salad bar I always love! Great quality food. Pizza is always fresh and made to order. Ham and cheese calzone is always... delicious as well as ham and cheese hoagie or lasagna. Cheese dippers so yummy. Great friendly service. Facility remodeledspring 2018. Read more
The food is great, service not so much. You could tell the young lady that help me hated her job and didn?t want to be there.... Also I don?t understand how you can get an order wrong when there is hardly anyone there. It was slow enough that when I walkedin everyone was standing around talk and cutting up which didn?t bother me. Just knowing that fact and my order being wrong iswhat get me. Read more
