I had waited today in the morning for about 20 mins for someone to take my order. When I had finally went through the line I had... ordered a coffee and was given a large iced coffee. when I said that was wrong the manger in bright red lip stick seem as if shewas having an aditude when she finally gave me my medium coffee I had asked for cream and sugar in drive thru. and when shehanded me the coffee she told me she couldn?t give me cream or sugar and I have worked at mc Donald?s before so I know this waswrong the service I have received today isn?t the first time. I am very upset with the way that manger was acting . one of theworkers she seems upset but apologized I heard through the window the manger yelling at her for something that wasn?t her faultmade me uncomfortable to watch and listen. I had no problems with anyone but the manger was very rude and unprofessional. If youare going to speak to one of your employees disrespectful make sure that your doing your job correctly. Read more
Go there at least 3 times a week. They?ve come to know my order and usually have no problems. It?s McDonald?s so they?re not... gonna be perfect but this McDonald?s does pretty good most of the time. Read more
i walked in because i hadnt been inside in a while, it's normally faster than the drive thru in my experience because i just... wanna get my parents some breakfast, the manager if she deserves to be called that, was snippy with her workers the whole time,workers not in a good mood except for the taller girl with glasses taking orders at the counter, she was the only nice one lol,the kiosk was only showing small drinks for any kind of combos and would not let us upsize it, i didnt go to the counter becausei have social anxiety, my husband was unable to get the managers attention, so i went up and had to yell for a managersattention even though there was a girl behind the counter that could see we needed help she just stood there, i got the managersattention unfortunately and told her the issue the kiosk was giving us, and as short as she could be she said "you have to go tothe second register i have to restart the kiosk." like i wasn't just trying to avoid the counter. as a customer, this was myworst experience and i don't normally complain. this was asinine. do better mcdonalds. stop being rude to people, this is whyyour customers are rude and your employees don't last long. Every single visit through the drive thru I?ll be in either line and the opposite line has 4 cars that get to cut the opposite... line. We talked to corporate office and the manager. The managers response is we?re hiring you can apply and doesn?t care. Hewas rude and didn?t care that both lines weren?t moving properly. Read more
I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. They give you these package deals with a breakfast and it ends up costing more than what you... could get if you go to the Waffle House. I don't understand how they're still around. They were good back in the day when I wasgrowing up, but I think they've run their gamut and it's time for them to retire and give it to someone else. They're trying tostay afloat, and maybe they're good for kids meals, but even those are expensive. Read more
