Went to get breakfast at the okmulgee location. ordered two of there breakfast burritos. just to get them home to discover we... had two burritos full of eggs, and no other ingredients mentioned on the menu. they were basically egg burritos.we called themto let them know what happened. And someone finally answered. I explained that the burritos, Were not super sonic or ultimatemeat. But ultimately full of eggs. The lady who answered the phone seemed OK to fix it at first and we agreed to come back onanother day and they would remake them for us. But I called them back to get a different menu item instead because I didn'ttrust them to remake them. That's when she started telling me what she wasn't going to do. Like refund my money and throwing upstore policies. I didn't ask for a refund. And I don't know what there idea of 5 dollar burritos are but that I can say I getmore satisfaction. Out of McDonald's skimpy burritos. The lead lady kathy was saying that she wasn't going to argue with me. Inwhich she turned it into an argument. I have new employees and blah, blah, blah... I just wanted to get something else of thesame value as the two 5 dollar burritos that they couldn't possibly mess up. And not get Sassed by someone as unprofessional asshe. 6:00pm Thursday June 23rd Ordered our food from someone (F) who seemed to not be paying attention and just trying to be fast... instead of trying to get everything right. Took about 5 minutes from pushing the button to actually getting to speak to someone.I was already upset bc they didn?t have strawberry slush juice. But.. Got home realized they forgot the gravy for the ?chickentender dinner?. The toast and chicken was burnt. The fries and tots were under cooked. They messed up on my burger, to much todescribe. Didn?t even want to take it back bc I wasn?t going to wait another 20 minutes or longer for them to fix it.
