Okmulgee Taco Mayo...in Okmulgee Oklahoma is so NOT like it used to be. Walk in and ignored...finally someone came and took our... order. Whole place smelled like old grease. Got our tacos...shells were stale. Watched a worker get a sack of trash out of thelobby and carry it through the kitchen where food prep is done. Lobby has been closed forever so I was happy to go inside...Iwill never go back to that location. Owners...if they care...take note. Super horrible. Read more
Love love love the red chili sauce. I am driven from Tulsa to Okmulgee for that stuff. I have recently moved to Okmulgee. I'm... sad. I'm not a soda drinker but the two times I've been here, my sodas Have been left off my order. (again I'm not a sodadrinker so it's not something I realize until I'm home) other than that they have got my order spot on and have given me extrared chili sauce stuff. I've never had an issue with this place about 5 years ago. But recently I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 combo meals... and a couple of side items. The little girl repeated my order back to me exactly how i ordered it. But when I got to the window.I was given a quarter of order and when I asked for my drinks, she charged me for each drink. When I asked to speak to themanager, I was told she was in the restroom and was going to be a minute. Then the manager came to the window and was rude abouthaving to correct everything and made it seem as if it was my fault that the order was taken and given wrong. When it wasclearly repeated back to me exactly as I ordered it. Then after looking through everything again there was even more of my ordermissing. And again the manager was rude about having to correct the whole thing. Won't return again unless its under newmanagement. Read more
Just came from taco bell in oklmugee I've been to taco mayo in different areas different towns I've never had an experience like... at this location not only did it take 20 - 30 mins to get out order they leave out the drinks when you order a combo it comewith a drink they never asked so I thought we'll let them know at the window me if I made a mistake an didn't take the ordercorrectly any the customer has already been waiting for a period of time an they asked for a drink I would give it to them nomatter what size they asked for but no they try to charge us 5 extra bucks on top of our order I know I will not be returning tothis location if they had a way to give negative stars they would get a minus five stars also the manger was rude to us like wewere in the wrong Read more
First, let me mention, I went to the taco Mayo in Tulsa and gave 5 stars like a week ago. But I just left this Taco Mayo, and... the window gentleman was wonderful, but the manager was so rude and Unaccommodating. I always, get the same thing, nachos (withmeat replaced with guacamole), and I'm not charged extra for that because I give up the meat. Anyway, of course she had aproblem with that, just says no and walks off. I drove about 20 minutes just to get here, and it's just such a bad experience.It was the manager woman on 5-4-21 (around 8 pm) And honestly, I'd rather drive to Tulsa then here after all of this. Been coming here for years. Was so glad they built this new building because their old place was sad. Anyways for fast food Tex... mex food they pretty good much better than that other place down the street. Their tortillas are made in house & love theirgrilled burritos. The potato locos are a guilty favorite when I wanna be a lil naughty with my diet. Love the fact that theyhave black beans but wish they would bring back the cilantro lime rice because it was delicious. Wish they?d put the salsa barback in full place because they never give me enough of their delicious fresh salsa. I know they?ve modified hours duringpandemic so not open as late as they used to be, understandable. Place is typically clean & decent in their speed of service. Read more
