Minerva?s catered our food for our wedding and the food was delicious. They were very timely on when we wanted our meal served.... There was so many options for appetizers, meal, late night snacks, and plated vs buffet. I will definitely be coming back to eatat the restaurant. Read more

The facility is very clean. I stayed at the hotel for a conference and was there Sunday-Friday. The restaurant is wasn?t open... Sunday or Monday. I ate dinner there each night and the food was good. Tuesday was a pasta bar/buffet/hibachi for $18. I got thehouse pasta another night as well. I ordered ?add shrimp for $4? and got 3 shrimp. Not worth it. While I was there the beer Iordered was very flat, but they received my complaint and switched the keg. Overall the service was great. The prices are alittle steep for the quality of food, but not horrible. Domestic draft beer was only $4. Read more

Absolutely a must go place to eat. The atmosphere is like a high class restaurant, but you don't need to dress up. The food is... very flavorable. Be prepared to spend on average $25, but you can find great meals for around $15. Loved this restaurant somuch that I came for lunch the next day. Read more

Disappointed again. They have not done their diligence in training their wait staff the last few years, they are below par for... Minerva's. We were also told by a different waitress that they were closing and it was time for us to leave as she pulled areplates that we were still eating! So rude. Read more

Here for a week working I have yet to get a decent meal anywhere but this is ?highly rated? so I got pasta chicken and shrimp?... had no flavor the chicken looks unfinished I mean they can at least season the chicken before you throw it in the Alfredo sauceand I understand that the shrimp is already cooked but maybe some butter and garlic some pepper would be nice? it was trash theblackened salmon salad was decent though and the strawberry lemonade had more syrup at the bottom then a slushee at 711 but 50bucks later Read more

Over all I've really enjoyed the dinning experience here on Tuesdays for pasta night in the past. But it's pretty expensive and... the last visit was less than favorable as the pasta bar was all cleaned up and put away way early which was disappointing, wetry to get there closer to close as to avoid the crowds and long lines at the pasta bar so we can get our food quicker butdidn't work out with our last visit... We attended ?pasta night?. While others in our group really enjoyed the pasta we were disappointed in the process, other menu... options, and other issues at the restaurant. 2/3 of us were interested in pasta and the 1/3 was only able to order a side saladand couldn?t make any additional changes - not a big deal. But they proceeded to charge our 1 year old for the price of a kidspasta (he shared noodles off my husbands plate and my husband made himself a bowl of buttered noodles to share with him to tryand keep him calm for the remainder of dinner. Max he ate 8 noodles) again - not that big of a deal but annoying considering heis 1. We proceeded to finish our meal and drinks - I had a shard of glass come off my glass and into my mouth. When my husbandreturned it, they said oh some of our glasses have done that before I?m sure it?s one of those. Sorry but no, I had a shard ofglass in my mouth that could have been swallowed. No refund given, no other beer offered, and no apology! Disappointed and don?tthink we will be back. Read more

Five star prices with three star food. The service is decent, but not stellar. I ordered a seasonal beer and was told the menu... was outdated and was not available. The waiter stated they had Blue Moon, which I love. I tasted the beer, and it was actuallythe seasonal beer and not blue moon. The seafood Mac and cheese was really good, but not worth $24. My daughter had the 10 ozribeye for $33, but it was so peppery that I had to scrape the pepper off it so she could eat it. I ordered the Minerva PainKiller drink, it was weird. The drink menu did not list ingredients, but it was listed as one of their specialties. It tastedlike grapefruit and Vodka, but there was a lot of raw cinnamon on the top of the drink. The waiter seemed apathetic and told isthere was a shortage of cooks before we ordered. Read more
