Went to Okoboji and stopped off at this restaurant. I had pulled pork with their house fries. Son had fish and chips. It's a... very nice environment. They have seating outside that looks over the lake they have seating that's under an awning but stillfairly open and then sitting inside the restaurant. The staff are very nice. We spoke with the manager of the restaurant I thinkhis name was Dave. They have a lot of returning servers and Cooks. They are seasonal they'll shut down in the winter probablylike a lot of Okoboji. But their staff comes back because they like the place. Pulled pork was very good I was happy with it thecoleslaw I'm glad I picked that because that was a nice addition combo to the pulled pork. Okoboji Store is growing every year. They continue to add deck space which is great to add more seating but I'm not sure they... expanded the kitchen so the wait is definitely the worst part. It's usually a 30-60 minute wait to be seated and then another45-60 minutes before you are eating. The food is fine. I don't exactly crave anything from their menu and their prices are atthe top of what I really want to pay for food I'm not in love with. So why go? Because they have an awesome play area for kidsto burn some energy while parents hang out in comfy seating areas and enjoy a few drinks. My favorite time to go is 4:00pm aftera fun day on the lake. The kids play, we hang out with friends and enjoy a few drinks while sitting next to the lake enjoying afun view. Read more

We got an amazing table right on the lake for lunch! Didn't have to wait at all to be seated. Our server was extremely nice and... the food....the food was SO GOOOOOOD. I got a walleye fish sandwich that was mouth watering along with Mexican street corn whichwas good and spicy! My wife got a Cheeseburger with a fruit cup (fruit was very good and fresh). Altogether, a great lunch andfun to see all the boats pass by. Read more
The food is ok but I?m very confused how this is considered ?sushi grade quality? ahi tuna. It doesn?t look like ahi tuna?which... is usually much darker in color, less shredded looking, and less intensely fish flavored. Good drinks and nice patio (if you canwait 30-60 min) but be careful on the what you order because the quality might not match the description/price. Read more
The atmosphere is laid back and beautiful watching the boats on the water. The food was great and so was the service!
