Chili dog & fries were fresh, hot and tasty. Restrooms were ok for a guy but not nearly clean enough for woman.
If i could rate lower i would fries tasted like old burnt grease and bread on grilled cheese burger wasnt even toasted or... grilled like a grilled cheese wouldn't recommend Okolona Sonic to my neighbor's dog. Read more
I am really disappointed ????. Okolona sonic use to be the best around and now it seems like you don't care anymore. I ordered a... burger today and got a mouth full of hard plastic. I tried calling to let someone know but the phone is being ignored. I knowthat it's not because y'all were to busy because I was just there and I know there were very few customers. When I tried calling(more than once) I got a message that your voice-mail box is full which tells me that not only are calls being ignored on aregular basis but the messages are being ignored as well. The negligence that happened to me today could cause serious issuesand should not be ignored. Read more
I love the service. It is always prompt and very accommodating. I travel with my job. Some times I am in a rush. All I have... to do is call in ahead of time and my order is always waiting. Mr. Andrew is always very nice. Read more
The food took 30 minutes to get to us because the person preparing the food was loitering outside loudly conversing with peers... that consisted of both other employees and guests. He drove off in a car, came back, and proceeded to enter back into thekitchen to prepare our food. We observed employees throwing things at each other in the kitchen while preparing meals. Myhusband ordered chili cheese tots, but the person taking the order was apparently so distracted that he did not key in what wasordered. The tots also tasted like they had been cooked in very old grease. We are not pleased. The employees were extremelyunprofessional. Read more
Food was hot but it took a little longer to get my food then it should have because some of the employees were just outside... talking to customers instead of delivering food fast. Read more
Best real burgers around but best go at rush hour because sometimes I can tell burgers were sitting out cold and half done then... thrown on stove when a customer comes. Read more
