We have been going to this BP for some time now and this is the first time we were disappointed with the food. Our daughter... ordered the meatloaf special and when our server brought it to us and she tried it, she was immediately aware something wasn'tright. The tastes were off. It actually tasted like it was past its shelf life. The server was amazing and he correctedeverything without us asking. Having been in the restaurant industry all our lives, we understand that these things can happen.Truly, he made the difference. He tried his best to help our daughter by bringing her something else to eat. Other than that,the rest of our food was delicious, especially the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. Read more
Came here for dinner as a family of 3. Normally I wouldn’t say anything about a bad experience however we didn’t hardly get... the time of day well eating our meal. No offer to refill drinks or our waitress to see how our food was. Mid meal our abruptwaitress asked if we wanted a to go box vs how our food was or if we wanted another beer or drink. Highly unimpressed. I’drecommend going to 130th Ave Calgary vs this gong show of a restaurant. Read more
Usually one of my favourite places; however, super annoyed I’m not allowed to make an order for PICK UP after 9:45pm. ... What’s the difference?!? We worked late and didn’t have the energy to dine in. Could have been a quick 4 meals out thedoor. Less staff required. Honestly where is the logic? Read more
Never a bad experience at BPs! Tonight we had wings which we felt were excellent! The people we were with had pizza and they... also felt that the food was exceptional. Our waitress was both nice and professional -- however she could have been a littlemore present/available. At the end of the day we were happy and will not hesitate to return. RBC Read more

Great spot for a quick lunch while running through town. Staff on the lounge side were friendly and attentive. Food was... delicious, love the new summer options. The price hikes at the BP's overall have been insane, but that's the entire chain so itis what it is. Read more
The food is good with a decent variety to the menu, so this restaurant would appeal to families, non-foodies. The jambalaya... wasn’t spicy at all but there was a good amount of meat, the pizza needed a bit of cheese on top to keep the toppings fromfalling off. I understand mistakes happen, but mistakes without rectification shouldn't go un noticed. I went out for dinner with my family,... our waitress asked everyone for their drink order and when she came back she nearly knocked over a drink on her tray twice,before loosing control of the whole tray and it landing directly on me. I had to sit in my winter coat because I was now soakedand freezing. Every drink was on the bill at the end, which in my opinion there should have been something taken off the bill. Read more
