For the second time in a row now I have ordered here throught the app. Both times I ordered a chicken and beef Bento with double... meat, and the receipt shows that's what I ordered but when I get home which is 20 mins outside of town I only have a beef singlemeat order. Check your orders before you leave as both times I could not get a refund for the extra charges unless I got backin my car and drove the 20 mins back to the store. Read more

Ordered a beef ramen and kids ramen .I asked for a spoon for my beef ramen and cashier rudely said out of stock !!okay that?s... fine !!!then she handed black spoons barely with her hands while touching money on tills.Is this is a right mr owner operator ofthis Edo in Okotoks?s??? To the Owner : Do I need to ask spoon for my soup everytime I buy soup from you ? To be honest thislocation sucks with customer service? The customer service was terrible !!! Counter girl was rude and disrespectful. All she wanted to do was argue with me and tell... me I was wrong when I got smoked salmon on an item. They did not even ask if I wanted something else. She just wanted to arguewith me. This is the worst Experience I?ve ever had at Edo. I?m 65 years of age and I didn?t need somebody back sassing meinstead of trying to solve the problem. Also I don?t think what I ordered sushi wise was fresh I believe it was made maybe thismorning and put on a tray in the cooler I was very very disappointed and will never go to this location probably not even Edoagain. Ordered skip the dishes from here and this is the worst Edo I've ever had in my life. The sauce has NO flavour , my noodles were... gross and soggy, and undercooked (somehow???), and the dumplings/gyoza were freezer burnt! SUPER disappointed and will never eathere again... ..and never reccomend this place to anyone. Read more

Staff are super rude, especially the manager at this location. I was at the restaurant around 530pm on May 2, 2021, when a lady... came in with no mask. The manager addressed her that she had to wear a mask to which the lady responded that she had a medicalexemption. This is something I've never seen before in a restaurant and I was totally shocked by the response of the manager.She said that there's no such thing as a medical exemption and that doctor's don't believe in it as well. Basically she wassaying that a medical exemption is bogus. How rude! The lady was told "No mask no service" and the lady left the restaurant. Themanager could've stayed friendly to this customer since nobody in the restaurant was complaining (there were a couple of ladiesin the restaurant as well, masked). The only one making a big issue out of this was the manager who refused to give her namewhen she was asked for it. I thought we were in this together but it seems that certain people, like this manager, are on alittle power trip. Stay friendly to your customers, stay friendly to all people! If you want to make a comment about a personnot wearing a mask then think about what they went through in the past... It could be a traumatic event, a medical condition,etc... you don't know. After witnessing this at this restaurant I'm NEVER going back there. I'll take my business somewhereelse. I hope the lady that was kicked out of the restaurant is doing well and I hope she knows that not all people with masksare as unfriendly as this store manager. Ordered Beef and shrimp with no mushrooms. Made it very clear that I am allergic to mushrooms. The order I got was wrong. I got... chicken instead of beef and after a few bites I found a piece of mushroom. Picked through the order and found a few more smallmushrooms. Very disappointed. Not only did I not get to eat the lunch that I paid $22 for but now I might have to go thehospital! Will not be ordering from this place again. Read more
