The spinch dip was terrible. It took 2 min to make?? Tasted old and microwaved could be wrong but wouldnt eat it again
The wings are super good! But the poutine is done in a way that I've never had before. The fries were still crispy and crunchy... even drenched in gravy! So good! Great job. Read more
Disappointing ! We have been coming for years! Service has been great until recently. Tonight we were really disappointed. Our... food took a very long time. Surprising considering it was nachos! Certainly not the end of the world, we understand thingshappen. Our server “ I won’t mention her name. Brought us our food and advised us she would be back to check on us. Shenever even bothered to return the entire meal. When she did finally return she was very apologetic. Stating she was training.That was not what we observed, and believe me we had a long time to watch while we waited. Sadly, I am not sure we will beback. The food was good it was the service that was lacking. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I wasn't wanted.... Six waitresses immediately turned their backs and were looking over their shoulders like they were trying to decide who wasgoing to be stuck serving me. I almost left before anyone got to my table. No one asked if I was dining alone, I was not askedif I noticed the specials nor told about them. I was introduced to a new team member who was shadowing my waitress as it washere second day and she shadowed long enough for the first introduction. When I eventually got asked if I would like a refill ofmy water they just refilled my original glass which I believe is not standard practice. I went in with full intentions ofleaving a great tip and had a hard time justifying leaving one. The couple who arrived after me received much better servicefrom the waitress in training who was all of a sudden on her own. I usually love eating here after a long day. Not sure I willbe bad. Grand Central is decent...The space itself is nice, albeit very poorly lit (maybe on purpose). I hadn't been for a year or more... but I visited recently and the staff were very young and not at all attentive. i had to walk up to the bar in order to get newdrinks, three separate times. Actually, our server didn't come back to the table once. I still have very fond memories of theplace and the food is fine so I'll still give it three stars. Not the place to stop if you are an out-of-towner in my opinion,it's very much geared toward the local VLT crowd. Read more
My Girlfriend and I have eaten at Grand Central a number of times and Every Single one of those was Absolutely Spectacular! The... food is Unbelievable in a Good way and you Never leave hungry. The service is absolutely Outstanding and every time we went wefelt Treated like friends as compared to numbers. Definitely Worth many visits you all. Service was good but the food was awful. Nachos were ok but the cheese was just melted. Fries tasted old, wrap was watery and... the chicken tasted like it was from a can. The burger was from frozen and unseasoned. Went for the reasonably priced food, coldbeer and service. Left with an empty wallet, indigestion and disappointment. Read more
