Best Chinese food we?ve had in a while! Excellent all around

This is a strange one. The restaurant opens at 4pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and sat myself down in the completely empty dining room... on a Tuesday night. After a couple of minutes, the owner of the restaurant came over to me and gave me the menus to me andexplained to me that no staff had shown up so she was working on her own and that anything I ordered would be at least a half anhour. She was very obviously in a grumpy mood so I smiled and told her no worries and waited for the rest of my party. When theother 2 people arrived about 10 minutes later we looked through the menus and waited to be served. One other couple eventuallycame in to dine and a few people came in for take out orders but the restaurant was obviously not getting overrun by orders. Wefinally were able to get ice water to start which she brought with an exaggerated frown on her face. I tried to encourage her bystating that she is an ironwoman, to which she said "I don't understand English." The owner of 27 years doesn't understandEnglish? Or, more plausibly I don't want to speak with you? She never came back to our table and after an hour and a half wefinally gave up and left. Poor customer service. Rude receptionist. This is my 1st and last to make business with this restaurant. This is not supposed to... be "happy", this should be called worst. I am very disappointed! I am trying to order 12 menu/5 orders each but the lady putdown the phone on me. She said no one will cook for me. If only BIG ROCK INN is open Monday, I won't tried to make businesshere. Read more

Rude, yelled at me on the phone on mothers day because I simply called and asked if I could " place an order for delivery please... ". I guess the lady on the other line was offended i suggested that because they were busy on mother's day so she yelled and meand hung up the phone! Wow , that was not cool. No star. I am new in this town and I visited this location on 27 the June 2021 to order some noodles for a friend of mine who... is vegan. I try to order veggie noodles with tofu in it and the lady at the counter was so rude she did not even know what thevegan means. however I explained everything but she failed to understand what I want.
