If I could give it no stars, I would. I'm a loyal taco bell advocate but this location was terrible. Multiple customers coming... in from the drive thru to complain about their order. Some missing items and one gentlemen with RAW chicken, also had to pull along hair out of my daughter's mouth while eating her burrito. Honestly wanted my money back but the amount of customerscomplaining already and the fact that my order took nearly 15 minutes, it wasn't worth it. Read more

Horrible service! Went through drive through and repeated my order 3 times and they confirmed. Made us go to the parking lot.... They forgot my wings and I specifically asked for ketchup and of course they didn?t put it in the bag. Get my burger and wascaked with sauce. So disgusting! Workers do not have pride in their work! Tried eating here 3 times in the last year. Every time was disappointing. My last visit will be my last ever - I was... significantly overcharged, my order was wrong, the food was cold and old tasting, the staff was rude, and I ended up violentlyill afterward. On a personal note, it also concerns me that their staff does not wear kitchen-safe clothing, often opting forsee-through leggings and runners. I have also watched them go from money handling to food handling without washing. Anyoneworking in and around fryers and gas should be in fire-retardant clothing and wearing slip-proof kitchen shoes (this is mycareer for 20+ years). Regardless of the safety issues, the issues of cleanliness, attitudes of the staff, and poor foodquality will stop me from ever going to that location again. If you're craving KFC, I suggest driving to Calgary where theyactually do it right. Read more

This was the presentation of sandwich like as garbage, buns were almost flat and having black dust on it food was not even close... to fresh. Complete was of money. I think a complaint is must to AHS food safety department about it. Read more
Ordered food for take out. When I go home, I found the entire box of large fries looked and tasted like it had been cooking in... oil for hours. Could clearly see they were burnt to a crisp inside and out, but still gave them out to customers! Threw them outafter trying one. Read more
