Food quality is a constant. Good place to visit.
Never experienced such poor customer experience. Wife's ordered an original burger, after eating her fries she took a bite of... the burger and said it tasted off. I tasted it and it was RANCID. When the server finally came to check I mentioned it to theserver. She didn't seem too concerned and brought the bill. I was shocked to see that her plate wasn't completely removed fromthe bill and they charged for the fries. So yeah after serving a potential serious health risk they decided to analyze how muchwas eaten off the plate. When I brought it to the attention of the "acting manager/bartender" (they apparently had no manager)the whole staff came out to listen in a make comments and decided to argue with me. Then the kitchen teenager debated whether itwas true and the server threw a $5 saying how it was going to come out of her pocket. It was never about the money. It was aboutthat the meat was off and then it became about how petty they handled it. I guess $20 bucks is worth more than their reputationto this place. Dinner was AWESOME! Our waitress Brook was absolutely fabulous???? so friendly, helpful and attentive! The food was... phenomenal???????? just what we wanted and the portions were incredible! Would highly recommend this place?? Read more
Evening of August 14. 7:00pm?It was not busy at all. Not sure what went on. Service was so terrible. We had a table for 5. ... Forever to get our drinks and we ordered our food shortly after. 8:40pm before the first 3 plates arrived and no service afterthat. Needless to say, we left because our food still did not arrive. Poor, poor service! Pretty bad when the tables aroundyou are being served and they walked in 1/2 hr after you arrived. Read more
Used to be my go to place for good food. Not any more. Wife even got served a coffee in a dirty cup. Fries were cold and the... gravy was warm at best. Service wasn't the greatest either. Read more

Had a wonderful dinner catching up with my friends. Food and drinks were top notch and the service was amazing. Our waitress,... Brooke, was so kind and accommodating, even when I had a lot of substitutions in my meal! She made our experience even betterand even ran after me in the parking lot after leaving my ultrasound photos on the table!
