Best Vietnamese place I've ever been to, excellent service. It's quite hard to find a place now, that two people can dine for... $30 in a non fast food restaurant, but you can here, and the dishes are fantastic and very filling. I have been a regular customer for many years at this establishment and will be for life. The food and service here are amazing,... best Pho I have had anywhere in the province of Alberta. I would strongly recommend this restaurant and if you feel like gettinga lot more delicious food for less money than this is the place. Many great items on the menu for any palate but my familyfavourites or #15 Beef Sate Soup and the subs are terrific. Give it a try, trust me they do not disappoint!!! Read more

We loved this place but the food has changed in the last few months ! I've always ordered wonton soup and received tons of... wontons in the soup. My soup recently had three tiny wontons and the rest was noodles. :( The peanut sauce has changed inflavour and consistency. We miss the old flavour and quality ! Read more

Although the food here is good, my most recent visit warrants the one star rating. Upon entry into the restaurant, you are... greeted with a large sign placed just underneath the counter. This sign contains several policies and notes on what to expect asfar as service. Although I can't recall the exact wording of the sign, I can say for sure that the sign is lengthy (more than 5lines long) and to me, suggests the management is frustrated. Usually when you walk into a resuraunt, you see maybe one signsaying something along the lines of "harassment of our staff is not tollerated". This is understandable, but for some reason,believe it or not, isn't one of the policies listed on their laundry list of a sign. (I'm not joking, it really is that long ofa sign). Aside from this, the food was decent, but the service was far from satisfactory. While dining, I witnessed a staffmember throw a phone towards one of the tables with a family of 4. It's hard to tell if this was an accident or not, because thelady seemed frustrated with the person she was talking to on the phone, hung up and I assume was aiming to throw the phone onthe counter. Regardless, the phone did get thrown and ended up hitting the back of a person's chair. It seems they were able tolaugh it off luckily, but if it were me, I would not be too impressed. All in all, I would recommend against visiting thislocation and driving the extra distance to the downtown location for better service. To me, if management has to list more thanone or two polices, it suggests that the owners should consider leaving the business and try something new. Frustrated and tiredowners make for a poor work environment, leading to unhappy staff, poor service and ultimately a poor dining experience. Read more

Pros: Great first impression. Clean restaraunt. Open kitchen. Friendly staff. I ordered beef sate rice dish, it was the best... sate beef in town that ive eaten! Nice tables and booths. Cons: Menus always stay at the table and take up space, wooden reuseable chop sticks gave me the impression of fast food rather than a nice restaraunt (but by no means was the food terrible, itwas delicious!)
