I keep changing this review. Our 1st experience, they burned the pizza to the point that it was not edible. I got in touch with... customer service and they were great!! They gave us a credit to try them out again. We ordered again and it was a bit of a gongshow trying to get them to apply the credit. The food was much better this time! I was looking through my online banking andrealized that they charged me 2x; for the order and then amount after the supposed credit!!!! So very frustrating! It became adifficult process to get them to refund me ..still waiting. Unfortunately, we will not try them a 3rd time!!! Read more

Ordered from.okotoks location tonight and it was fast and one of the best pizza 73 experience that I have had.
Pizza 73 is our go to when we want pizza. When you order a pizza well done you expect it to be cooked thoroughly. However, a raw... dough pizza is unexceptable and should never be offered to customers to eat. Im really disappointed that this is how the Okotokslocation chooses to operate, with no care or attention to the food they serve their customers. Because I'd prefer to not getsick from undercooked/ raw food I will not be supporting this business anymore. Read more
We ordered from here for our sons birthday party. Pizza was delivered 30 minutes late from quoted time and was cold and had no... flavour and of course the cheese pizza for the kids was burnt. We were offered $10 off our next order within 6 months. So Iguess Pizza 73?s only loss will be my family as customers. We don?t plan on ordering this over priced tasteless pizza everagain. Read more
Just ordered from here. First time at this location. I ordered pizza and wings both were cold when they got to or house. Not... just cooled off a bit. Like sat out for 20 minutes. Will not order from here again. Too much competition to settle for sub par. Read more
For fast pizza, I think their pizza is great. Far better than most of the competition in town. They are really friendly and... often have great deals. Their holiday shirts are pretty funny! There are a couple of tables but it is mainly for take out. I?mnot sure why their ratings are so low because I thought it was really good! It?s clean inside and pretty fast. Read more
Not even kidding, this is the best pizza I've ever had. I've had pizza 73 from other location but when I visit okotoks to see my... parents we've had this for dinner twice and both were incredible. Pizza was cooked to perfection every time, toppings were freshand delicious, service is nice. I don't know why the okotoks location is so much better than the Calgary locations but I wouldtake okotoks pizza 73 over fancy Calgary pizza places. Seriously good Read more
