Went in November 10 in the evening to get a couple burritos. I got one spicy chicken for someone else, and then asked the... female server for a recommendation for a meat option that wasn't spicy. She told me to go with the Ancho Pork. I did and foundout when I got home and took the first bite that it certainly did have spice, and I couldn't eat it. I went back a little laterto get something different. I explained to her. She proceeded to stand there and argue with me about how it was not spicy. Iasked her for another burrito. She rolled her eyes, threw the burrito I returned to the side, marched to the other side of thecounter and said, very rudely and annoyed, "So what do you want?" There was another customer in the store. I picked somethingelse, yet she continued to berate me about how the Ancho pepper is not at all spicy. My research and palate said differently. She made such an unprofessional, rude scene that I told her I would be happy to take a refund instead of a new burrito, andcontact the manager another day, because quite frankly I couldn't believe her behaviour. She made the burrito and then changedher story from multiple times telling me how the ancho pork tasted, to telling me that she had no idea because she doesn't eatmeat. She gave me the wrong wrap, told me I couldn't have refried beans, and barked the choices at me. I noticed by readingother reviews that management doesn't respond to negative reviews, only positive. The last negative review responded that I cansee was three years ago, so it's obvious the management only cares about the customer experience when it benefits them. Theycan keep their rude servers and mediocre burritos. I'm happy to give my money to other food places in town that respect thecustomers that keep them in business. Read more

The Okotoks location is consistently fresh, delicious, on-time and has great staff. More recently, I have ordered for lunch... meetings (10-12 people) and will keep coming back. We're always impressed! Read more

I?m giving 5 stars because this location is usually awesome but tonight was another story We love going here the fish tacos are... amazing Tonight we went and ordered 9 tacos there was three of us and we asked for 6 fish and the woman said we don?t havefish. Then she said I can make 3 fish?. So was she lying about not having fish or did she just not want to make them? She wasnot very pleasant or friendly which is not normally our experience there because the guys I?m guessing the owners/ managers areawesome so fun and nice goof around with us This woman needs to take some customer service training and realize that she is inthe food service industry and that she is representing a business that had a pretty good reputation in this town Love the placewill still go back but let your staff know they need to be a bit more polite and it was dinner time not like we went in 10 minbefore closing to order Read more

Good food served quickly and hot at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean.
Incredibly delicious. Had the chili lime fish burrito with green salsa and the paprika mayo.... omg, it was so tasty. The... owners seem really nice and informed me they make the food in-house including the sauces. This will be one of our family go-tosfor take out. Read more
