Pretty disappointing, came in and order drinks which were great, however I also bought a glass tumbler, took it home washed it... with hot water and some soap to try and get the glue off the cup which ended up stripping the cup of the paint. Went back thevery next day and explain the situation and basically got told that without a receipt which we were never given or withoutshowing a bank statement, I would not be able to get a new cup, keeping in mind, the same glass Tumblr is currently still beingsold in stores. ??????????? This is one of the worst starbucks i have had the unpleasant experience of using. Not only have we had their customers hit our... vehicle, or cut ahead of us in line to blovk traffic, but trying to order inside is even worse. drive thru customers are servedat a rate of 2 to 1 meaning you can either risk your vehicle and safety sitting in drive through, or wait excruciating longwaits while their staff stands around. there are plenty of other options in okotoks, and many small business that can use yourspend dollars better. i am a huge fan of Starbucks, as it is one of the few places I can get a keto breakfast if I am in a hurry with their egg... bites. This Starbucks food and coffee are equally as awesome as most Starbucks I go to, so its fair to say they are followingthe system. the location was neat, clean and orderly, the service was good and the staff were friendly. Very Inconsistent service. London Fog made with coffee. Regular cream instead of almond milk(have milk allergy). Order printer... doesn't print properly, hope that is why orders are not done right? Ask for extra vanilla, doesn't happen. Cups are never full. Read more
