Ordered a Turkey Sub for delivery through Skip the Dishes. I guess the delivery option means it?s ok to put rotten lettuce on... peoples orders. This isn?t the first time they?ve put questionable vegetables on my sub. I guess it?s my own fault for givingthem another chance. Won?t happen again. Will not be returning. Read more

Sub was pretty typical. Ice machine didn't work for drinks and they had like 2 flavors that worked.

A girl who was preparing my sandwich put vegetables on my sandwich but she drop some on the white tops.She pick it up and put on... my sandwich. She noticed that I watching her she picked up some on the white tops and put in the garbage.Next time if you dropsome food on the top please put it in the garbage not my sandwich. Read more

I understand that they had many Young men in their store all at once. It was our football team. But there was no need for what... happened. I informed the young girl of my gluten allergy, she immediately changed her gloves and grabbed my gluten free bread.As she was going to make my sandwich. The man that I am assuming was the manager/owner stepped in and passed my bread to thenext young man that had no clue what I?d ordered. I had to repeat my order not 4 times but 5. It was a turkey, bacon andavacado. The manager/owner kept grabbing and touching the multitude of sandwiches moving them around like magic cups between thesandwich artisans. I spoke up several times to mind the cross contamination, as did my son, to which they kept changing theirgloves. Which is fantastic. But the owner was extremely rude and demeaning to his workers as well as inattentive to customersinstructions to what they wanted on their sandwich. In the end. I did not get what I wanted. My sandwich was cross contaminatedand I ended up sick. (Feels like broken glass in my intestines.) Being someone that is in customer service. I highly recommendthat this manager/owner take a managers course and his food safety over. Before someone ends up in the hospital. Read more

I'm not sure if they have new owners however the last few times we've been to this Subway it hasn't been as great as it was. We... are a family of 5. I know as I own my own business; In a small town & our economy the way it is.... its very important to keepregular customers happy. Read more

Store was crowded and even though I pre ordered our sandwiches, it wasn't ready when we got there (even giving 7-8 extra minutes... after it was supposed to be ready.) I commend the staff for wearing masks still even though the requirement was lifted. Too badnot another single customer had the same courtesy. My sandwich was soggy by the time we ate it (15-20 minutes later) even thoughI forgot to request sause on it - tasted like a soggy bologna sandwich. The other two were happy enough with theirs. Not sureI'll use the app again. Read more
