No thank you at drive thru when ordered and not a word at all at the window. The burrito wasn't really wrapped, folded like a... taco, a mess, so was the outside wrap. Zero customer service, I don't think they cared anyway. Go to another fast food! Read more

Terrible service. Went inside to order and after paying waited 25 minutes for the food. Several other people waiting had been... waiting much longer. People came in after us and received their food before we did. Skip the dishes and drive thru orders alsogot precedence over our order. When we finally got our order the cheese fries spilled into the bag all over the rest of ourfood. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this location. Read more
This place is brutal. We were the first people in, so you think the fries would be super fresh, but they were cold and stale,... like that put yesterday's fries back into the fryer to try to freshen them up. Tortillas are stale, there is a stink to thewhole place that is so off putting and there was cheese on the seat, so they definitely arent doing a great job of cleaning atclose, makes you wonder how clean the prep area is. This taco bell location is lucky there?s not a 0 star option to give, messed up our order didn?t receive half of what we... ordered. The soft tacos and taco supreme didn?t even look like food. Not sure why I ordered one with beef in it. Should have just asked how much extra bread costs for my bread sandwich. Didn?t put... hot sauce in the bag for my bread despite them asking if I wanted hot sauce. 10/10 would throw my food in the garbage againwithout eating it. Read more
Had a double gordita big box and found THIS in my burrito. It is a piece of glass. My mom called the manager about it and they'd... offer one dollar for apologies. This is a disgrace. Imagine if that burrito was served to a young child and didn't noticeit. You're the worst.
