I am a grade 10 student at the foothills composite high school I go here for lunch every single day and give them my money every... day today I went there for lunch bought a taco and mexi fries like I do almost everyday after I finished eating and went to thewashroom I was met with one of the workers from the kitchen running after me screaming that I can?t use the bathroom I proceededto say I payed for food and went to the washroom, when I was done I exited the bathroom and when I walked out he was standingthere recording me and trying to take pictures of my face I repeatedly told him that I paid for my food and he just keptrepeating that the washroom is for paying customers he proceeded to torment me for another 10 minutes about why I needed to goto the bathroom after I sat back down. After that I eventually decided to leave, I have never once been met with this level ofdisrespect for doing absolutely nothing, I may be young and just a teenager but I did absolutely nothing wrong and feel veryuncomfortable about some 30 year old man taking pictures of me as I come out of the bathroom. The cook messed up in my order yesterday and I went back in to ask if he could fix it. I was not impressed by the amount of... disrespect and unprofessionalism he had towards me. Talking rudely toward me, glaring and banging things around in the kitchenwas uncalled for. Quick and delicious!! The staff are always friendly and the food is consistent!!
When Taco Time first opened in Okotoks I made a Skip order and my order was completely wrong and no one would answer the phone... to fix my issue. It has been months since that experience and I decided to try again and the younger guy working goes above andbeyond and works so hard and the food is fresh and delicious.
