My wife and I just came from Tim's, and we have never seen the place so filthy. The windows, walls, table, floors, prep area... and washroom were absolutely pathetic. My wife approached the supervisor, and his response was, I am too stressed. Shementioned it would be the last time we would go there, and he said, that's fine. My wife and I have years of experience in foodand beverage , and that was the wrong answer. Cleanliness is above all. Even if short staffed, surely a person could tidy everyhalf hour or hour. Poor service staff doesn?t have manners to talk to customers. All they love is fighting. Never ever have i got bowls or wraps no... matter i walk in afternoon or evening. They should better discard wraps and bowls if they don?t feel like serving. Tim hortonsplease be professional. Read more
Absolutely slowest business in the world. If you have anything planned that day don?t go here. Went to get a coffee this... morning, waiting in line with one other person ahead of me for 15mins. The gentleman at the till called next person, I walked upand he walked away. I watched all the staff do circles dragging their feet for another 15 minutes before I just left. I go through the drive through and order sausage egg with bacon added with hash Browns and vanilla iced coffee. As I?m leaving... the parking lot I look in my bag, no hash Browns and no sausage on my sandwich. I then go and park and go in and tell them Ididn?t get what I ordered. They said they would fix it. They give me the breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Then I get to workand there is no bacon on!!!!! Is it so hard to get an order right after 3 mistakes. Pay attention to your mobile orders! Clean the dang bathrooms! The ladies room is disgusting. The sinks don't drain. The... toilets have black stuff growing in them, theres no garbage can in the stall for feminine products. The soap dispenser isliterally a industrial sized jug sitting on the counter. Read more
